Our Founder
In 2015, Ryan McDonald founded RMC Contractors in Marin County. After decades of heavy civil experience running projects for companies like Kiewit and Flatiron, Ryan wanted to be closer to his family and apply his big level thinking to smaller projects. With his astute attention to detail and unparalleled ability to plan for the uncertainty in the construction process, Ryan made RMC Contractors a household name within two years of starting the company. Every day he works tirelessly to be a resource for home owners looking to reimagine what they thought possible for their homes.
